Oven Roasted Poblano Peppers
- Set broiler to high and place race 3-6 inches below the heat source
- Place 4-10 poblano peppers in a single layer on a sheet pan
- Broil 4-5 minutes or until the skin turns black and becomes blistered
- Flip peppers over and broil for another 4-5 minutes
Open Flame (Stove Top or Grill)
- Turn gas burner or grill on high
- Add dry poblano peppers directly over the flame
- Rotate peppers every 1-2 minutes until all sides are evenly charred
Air Fryer
- Lightly oil very dry poblano peppers
- Arrange peppers in a single layer in the air fryer basket
